Motion Platform Homing Problem
If you are having problems homing your Cyberware motion platform, follow these steps:
Verify that nothing is obstructing the movement of the platform.
Verify that power is turned on to the SCSI box and that the red power
light is lit. Also, ensure that the red light is lit on the power supply box
on the platform.
Unplug ALL cables to the digitizer and verify that ALL of the pins and
connectors are undamaged. Inspect ALL cables to look for pinches or breaks
in them. Reconnect ALL cables.
Recycle power to the SCSI box and motion platform.
Exit any running Cyberware software.
Start the scanning software. Do not use CyDir or Guee for the remaining steps.
Attempt to home the system.
Report the results to Cyberware Support.

received and at what point in the above process the error occurred.
