Open the file, "...\Cyberware\CyScan\cfg\XX-????-factory.txt"
in a text editor (usually near line 34 in the file).
Search for the following entries in the file:
scsi sc set adapter scsi sc set target
Modify the variables after these entries to match the numbers that
popped up in the SCSI Control Panel. For example, if the numbers " 2 6"
were displayed, correct the variables to read as follows:
scsi sc set adapter 2 scsi sc set target 6
Save the file.
Test the operation of the software with these new variables. Launch
the CyScan software and attempt to take a scan. If the problem persists,
please contact Cyberware Support.
