Software Update Information

• Current Versions List at the Cyberware WWW site, or...
• Contact Cyberware Support via e-mail or telephone.

How to Find Version Numbers

• For CyDir, CyEat, CyPie, and Guee:
  1. Launch the program.
  2. Use the Left Mouse Button to click one time on the blue title bar of the program.
  3. The version number will be displayed in the pop-up window.
  4. Click one time on the Continue button in the pop-up window when you are finished.

• For CyEdit and CySurf:
  1. Launch the program.
  2. The version number will be displayed in the pop-up window.
  3. Click one time on the Continue button in the pop-up window when you are finished.

• For CyScan, I-Scan and DigiSize:
  1. Launch the program.
  2. Select About... from the Help menu.
  3. Click on the Okay button one time when you are finished.

Getting the Update

There are two (2) ways to acquire an update from Cyberware:

1. Download the latest version from the Cyberware FTP site:
   • Point your web browser to the current versions list
   • Make sure that your browser is set to transfer the file in BINARY transfer mode.
   • Find the product that you would like to update, and click the Update button to begin the file transfer.
   • Update the software according to the Update Installation Instructions for Windows.

2. Receive the update on a CD-ROM from Cyberware Support:
   • If you are within the one-year warranty, you are required to pay for the shipping and handling fees.
   • If you are outside the one-year warranty, you are required to pay additional charges for the update itself (contact Cyberware Support for more information).
   • Update the software according to the Update Installation Instructions for Windows.
