The feature allows the user to export, by subject or by measurements, to a tab-delimited file for import into a spreadsheet, such as Microsoft Excel. The measurements or subjects included in the file can be specified by the user in the data export process.
In this tutorial, we will export the data by subject, then by measurement.
The Measure Export window will now appear on your screen.
This window shows all of the scan files that are in the current project on the left-hand side, along with the current measurements on the right-hand side.
The Save measurement data file browser will now open.
The DigiSize software will now go through each scan file in the current project and export the measurement data to a tab-delimited text file. This file can be imported into most of the common spreadsheet applications for analysis.
To continue with this tutorial, it is helpful to view the exported data sorted by subject and by measurement. The process to export both types of files is identical, with the ordering of the data as the only difference.
The Save measurement data file browser will now open.
The DigiSize software will now go through each measurement in the current project and export the data.
