Troubleshooting Guide
If problems occur, follow instructions in the error message, then go over
this checklist before contacting Cyberware Support:
- Is the Power Supply's power switch on?
- Is a building breaker thrown? (Plug in another item to test the outlet.)
- Are the cables securely connected between digitizer and power supply and between the power supply and the PC?
- Is the power light burning on the motion platform?
- Is your problem described on the Cyberware Support Site?
