Cycle a SCSI Scanner

This document provides instructions for the procedure to cycle a SCSI-based scanning system. This action should alleviate any problems associated with data transfer, motion command errors and such.

1. Home the scanner.
2. Exit the scanning software.
3. Logout of the computer.
4. Power down the computer.
5. Power down the Cyberware SCSI box by flipping the switch on the back of the unit.
6. Wait one minute for the power to discharge completely.
7. Power on the Cyberware SCSI box.
8. Power on the computer.
9. Login as necessary.
10. Launch the scanning software.
11. Home the scanner.
12. Continue using the software as normal. If the problem persists, write down the exact text of any error message(s) and forward that to Cyberware Support.
