Cycle the Scanner
This document provides instructions for the procedure to cycle a scanning system.
This action should alleviate any problems associated with data transfer, motion command
errors and such.
If the information in this section does not resolve your problem, please contact
Cyberware Support.
- Home the scanner.
- Exit the scanning software.
- Logout of the computer.
- Power down the computer.
- Unplug the USB cable from the PC and from the Cyberware power supply.
- Wait one minute for the power to discharge completely.
- Reconnect the USB cables.
- Power on the computer.
- Login as necessary.
- Launch the scanning software.
- Home the scanner.
- Continue using the software as normal. If the problem persists, write down the exact
text of any error message(s) and forward that to Cyberware
