This document provides information on procedures for the advanced user of Cyberware hardware and software. Under no circumstances should a user attempt these procedures, except under the direction of a Cyberware technician. These procedures permanently modify the scanner's settings and there is no ability to revert to the previous or factory default settings.

| Save USB Configuration Files | Use this procedure to save the EEPROM configuration to plain text files. |
| Reload the Factory Configuration | This procedure may be used to reset the scanner's EEPROM to the factory default settings. |
| Load New USB Configuration Files | Use this procedure to load plain text configuration files into the scanner's EEPROM. |
| Link Cyberware Devices | Associates each Cyberware device to the others in order to create a complete scanner setup. |
| Reset the USB Link | This procedure will reset the USB setup and remove Cyberware entries from the Registry. |
| Post CAC Setup | This procedure will setup your scanner after it has been to the factory for repair, modification or updating. |
| Switch Motion Platforms | This procedure outlines the steps to move a 3030 scanhead from one motion platform to another and enable the software to work with this type of setup. |
