Basic System Requirements

Please note that the system requirements listed below are the minimum requirements needed to operate Cyberware hardware and software. These specifications should be used only as a base to work from.

 

USB-Based Scanners (Minimum Requirements)

  • Pentium CPU Running At 2.6GHz or Higher
  • Windows Operating System:
    • Windows VISTA and other 64-bit operating systems are not supported
    • Windows XP Professional With Service Pack 2.0 or Higher
    • Windows 2000 Professional With Service Pack 2.0 or Higher
  • Ethernet Network Interface Card and Drivers
  • Dedicated, Accelerated 3D-Graphics Card and Drivers:
    • Intel Express Chipset Family not supported (965, 963, ...)
    • Must Support OpenGL
    • Monitor and Graphics Adapter must support a resolution no less than 1600 × 1200
  • 1Gb RAM
  • 400Mb Free Hard Drive Space
  • CD-ROM Drive
  • Internet Access During Installation
  • Three- (3) Button Mouse
  • 1 Free USB 1.0 Port For Each Motion Platform
  • A Dongle (USB or Parallel) Is Required If the System Will Be Connected to a Laptop Computer
  • Adaptec SCSI Card With ASPI Layer Support (SCSI-Based Scanners ONLY)
  • 1 Free SCSI Address For Each Motion Platform (SCSI-Based Scanners ONLY)

 

SCSI-Based Scanners (Minimum Requirements)

  • Pentium CPU Running At 2.6GHz or Higher

    1. Windows VISTA and other 64-bit operating systems are not supported

    3. Windows 2000 Professional With Service Pack 2.0 or Higher
