Non-GUI CyPie Commands

CyPie can be run in a non-GUI mode. This mode is commonly used with WB (whole-body) scans, MI (multi-image) scans and other times when scanning is weird enough that the nice GUI interface comes up short.

-w
At one time -w altered the behavior to accommodate whole body scans. I believe it swaped the sense of latitude (Y) and longitudes (X) in the input scan files. It may have adjusted the merge radius or other defaults (-m, -d or -j).

-xrm
-pipe
-zlg

CyPie will read Stanford's .ply formatted range maps as input. It seems to detect these automatically and then performs the functions previously attributed to -w.
