CyPie can be run in a non-GUI mode. This mode is commonly used with WB (whole-body) scans, MI (multi-image) scans and other times when scanning is weird enough that the nice GUI interface comes up short.
CyPie will read Stanford's .ply formatted range maps as input. It seems to detect these automatically and then performs the functions previously attributed to -w.
Some of the keyboard commands are:
